3. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier: The Movemento offers a free tier with limited credits.
Paid Subscription: Paid plans are billed automatically via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Movemento is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Use the platform at your own risk.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful or unauthorized activities.
